Italian Stuffed Bell Peppers
Description:
These colorful bell peppers are filled with a savory mixture of ground beef, rice, and Italian herbs, then baked to perfection.
Ingredients:
- 4 large bell peppers
- 250g ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions:
- Prepare the Peppers: Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds. Boil in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
- Cook the Filling: In a pan, brown ground beef with onions. Add rice, marinara sauce, and oregano.
- Stuff and Bake: Stuff the bell peppers with the mixture, top with mozzarella cheese, and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
